Bottle washing machine consists of bottle washing clamp, upper turntable, guide rail, water distributer, protective cover, water spray device, water collecting tray. All parts in contact with the liquid is SS304 or SS316. The bottle wash clamp is integrally molded, and lubricating parts of the active part is from Igus. The internal washing machine can be independent or combined with a filling machine and a capping unit. The conveyor delivers the cleaned empty barrel to the automatic barrel loading and washing process. After the barrel-enter counter detects the quantitative empty barrel, the front barrel cylinder blocks the empty barrels on the conveyor belt, then the barrel-pushing cylinder pushes the empty barrels into the barrel-loading rack, which rises to make the barrels recumbent (the barrel mouth is aligned with the barrel support device), the barrel-enter cylinder then pushes the empty barrels into the barrel support device and resets. The empty barrel moves one station with the spindle motor chain, and in an inverted manner, then the barrel support device sprays water to flush the inside of the barrel mouth and barrel body.
