20L Bottle Leak Test System Working Principle
When the air inflation into the closed container at a certain pressure, the pressure in the closed container should theoretically be constant in a straight line.
But in fact, due to various factors, the pressure will decay with time, and the curves will be different when meeting different containers, qualified and unqualified barrels.
Linho Leak Test Instrument utilizes the curve of the pressure, which is transmitted to the computer through the high-precision digital sensor, the computer judges whether it is qualified according to the digital signal transmitted and the standard qualified barrel, rejects the unqualified barrel out of the production line and alarm.
