One Piece Case Wrapping Machine

The machine adopts servo location, PLC controlling, auto operation, main drive adopt to import motor drive, multi-degree rotation via a chain, chain wheel speed regulator, etc.  Its auto degree is high, reliable controlling, easy to adjust, intelligent manipulation, etc advantage, can widely be used for beverage, beer, chemistry, food, medicine, etc industry, can do all kind of tin and bottle second-time package, can match with the auto-filling production line.

The machine has a mesh belt conveyor that can arrange the products neatly into six rows, five rows, or four rows (changing according to different packaging ways). Paper is stacked in another place. Use the robotic arm principle to pull the paper downwards and push it forward by using rollers. When the paper and products reach the positioning point, through swaying to the left and right, the pushing mechanism makes the products lightly drop onto the paper. There is a group of cylinders at the bottom of the paper. The sucking discs will pull the paper and products downwards for forming. After forming, the chain conveys them forward. The advancing action is carried out repetitively. After the case is formed, every time it moves forward, glue spraying and gluing actions will be carried out, and it will be pushed forward to the conveyor belt. Then the action of stacking on the pallet is carried out.

Grabbing Type Packing Machine

The Carton Packing machine using the gearbox through the synchronous belt transmission along the linear rail to achieve the coordinate lift and cross-shift of the bottle grabbing device, to put bottles into cartons.

The packing machine consists of the inlet conveyor line, the inlet conveyor line, the guide box assembly, the out-of-box drum line, the mobile frame, the lifting bracket, the grip assembly, the rack and the electrical  control.

Drop Type Packing Machine

It has strong compatibility to apply to different specifications carton. Move the entire column of the bottle effectively to the top of the carton, arrange the column of the bottle automatically by positioning device to ensure that bottles fall into the carton according to the packing requirements.
