It consists of a vacuum tank, and carbonation tank.
the vacuum tank is a negative pressure vessel with pneumatic butterfly valve, atmosphere pipe and vacuum system piping on the top, axial electric contact vacuum gauge, level control meter (high, medium, low) on the side, and the bottom pipe is connected with inlet pump.
Mixing system is an important component part of the carbonated mixer. It can mix water with syrup at the predetermined rate steadily and automatically. Mixing system includes the pneumatic valve, water tank, water tank to mix the needle valve, needle valve, sugar pot sugar, sugar jar of a pneumatic valve, mixing tank, T tube and mixing pump.
Carbonation tank is a pressure container with a safety valve and the overflow tube on the top. There is a solenoid valve on the overflow tube. When the machine is in “automatic” state, open the overflow valve, air on top of overflow tank from tank top purifies tank CO2. The solenoid valve is to control the pressure of the carbonation tank. When the pressure is too high the solenoid valve is energized open and vice versa.
