How beer glass bottling filling machine works?
According to the filling principle, liquid filling machine can be divided into normal pressure filling machine(gravity filling machine, like water filling machine ), pressure filling machine(isobaric filling or counter-pressure filling for carbonated drink) and vacuum filling machine(hot filling machine for juice/tea ). Beer filling capping machine uses pressure filling method. Nowadays, the filling route is basically: Pre-vacuum the sealed bottle–Fill Co2 into the bottle–vacuum bottle again–Fill CO2 in the bottle again–when the pressure in the bottle is close to the backpressure, beer be filled into bottle.
